Culture Resource (Al-Mawred Al-Thaqafy) is a regional, non-profit organization founded in 2003 that seeks to support artistic creativity in the Arab region and to encourage cultural exchange within the region and beyond.
The Program Wijhat (Destinations) provides grants of up to €7,000 to artists and cultural actors from the Arab region to support their travels within the Arab region or to any destination abroad.

Applications are accepted throughout the year.
- 3 rounds :
Round 1 - February : Deadline for submissions is 15 January
Round 2 - June : Deadline for submissions is 15 May
Round 3 - October : Deadline for submissions is 15 September
